Acceptable Use Rules

MentorLevel grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access our platform. This license is conditional on your compliance with this Acceptable Use Policy and our Terms of Service.

You agree to use MentorLevel only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Share your account credentials with any other person
• Allow any other person to access paid content using your account
• Download, screen-record, or copy any course content
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense any content from MentorLevel
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source materials
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent trial or refund limits
• Use the platform to transmit spam, malware, or harmful content
• Interfere with or disrupt platform infrastructure
• Impersonate MentorLevel, its instructors, or other users
• Use content for training AI models without express written permission

Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination without refund. We reserve the right to take legal action for serious violations including intellectual property theft, unauthorized distribution of content, or platform abuse.
