Takedown Procedure
To submit a valid DMCA takedown notice, your notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing (URL or description)
- Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
We will process valid notices promptly and remove or disable access to infringing content. We will notify the content provider of the removal.
Counter-Notice
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to dmca@mentorlevel.com including: your signature; identification of removed content; a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake; your consent to the jurisdiction of your federal district court; and your contact information.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant seeks court action.
Repeat Infringers
MentorLevel maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
