Overview

Welcome to MentorLevel. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). MentorLevel is operated by MentorLevel Ltd. (referred to as "we," "us," or "MentorLevel"). These Terms govern your use of our website, platform, courses, and services.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use MentorLevel. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and access paid content on MentorLevel. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, access trials more than once, or abuse the referral system is prohibited and may result in account termination.

Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Account sharing is not permitted. Your membership and purchased courses are for your personal, non-commercial use only. Sharing login credentials with others is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

Membership & Billing

MentorLevel offers monthly ($24/month) and annual ($179/year) membership plans, each including a 7-day free trial for new members. You may also purchase individual courses at their listed one-time prices.

Membership fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Your membership renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your Billing page at any time.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Tax may apply depending on your jurisdiction.

Content & Intellectual Property

MentorLevel's brand, design, software, and platform are owned by MentorLevel Ltd. All rights reserved.

Course content on MentorLevel is created by and remains the intellectual property of the respective instructors and content owners. We license or affiliate this content under agreements with each instructor. See our License & Attribution Policy for details.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view course content for your personal, non-commercial use only while your membership or course access is active.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Download, copy, reproduce, or redistribute any course content
• Share your account credentials or grant access to any third party
• Resell or sublicense access to any content
• Use automated tools to scrape, download, or harvest any content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source materials
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

Violations may result in immediate account termination and legal action. See our Acceptable Use Policy.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time via your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or for any reason at our discretion.

Upon termination, your right to access content ceases. Refunds on termination are governed by our Refund Policy.

Limitation of Liability

MentorLevel provides the platform and content on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MentorLevel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, unless otherwise required by applicable law in your jurisdiction.
